We are Caleb and Shelby Efurd. A husband and wife duo with a drive for seeing others crush their goals and feel their best. We met (and were married) in 2017 when we were trainers at the same gym. We have recently added our daughter Sydney Lorraine to our little family in May 2024.

"Caleb knows what he is doing! His approach works! I have tried countless programs with none giving any real results. We all expect to lose weight and gain muscle instantly and that’s something you come to learn will never happen and if it does it’s not healthy. You learn you will lose a few pounds a week while gaining muscle if you’re properly eating and working out. Small losses and gains over time. I was always disappointed in anything I had ever tried so you can say I was feeling the same way especially with my injuries but what would you know it.
